Applicant Criteria

1. Must be recognised as an Industry Leader in your country, region, and/or internationally. (Definition of an industry Leader:  A C-suite level person who is known for thinking beyond their own business and has the desire to grow the industry for all stakeholders.)
2. A strategic thinker and be willing and able to participate in the depth and breadth of GHFA Objectives.
3. All those accepted to the GHFA will be expected to actively participate in the GHFA, including attendance at the majority of the main meetings, and ideally participate in at least one of the working groups. (If on occasion you cannot attend one of the main meetings, you should delegate an appropriate C-suite level representative from your company, which must be approved in advance by the GHFA Manager)
4. Any applicant or their organization who has acted unprofessionally or brought disrepute to the Industry will be disqualified from the application process. IHRSA CEO will act as the final arbitrator in the event of any appeal on these grounds.
5. Applications will be reviewed to ensure that all regions are represented and have a voice.
6. If we already have sufficient representation from a country or region, the application may be turned down but could be reconsidered at a future point.
7. Must be willing to act collaboratively in a trustworthy manner and avoid activities that would be considered a conflict of interest.
